‘Mhindira is still a Bosso player’

The media has been awash with reports that Devine Mhindira is set to join Dynamos from arch-rival Highlanders.

However, investigations done by Zim Now Sports show that Mhindira signed a new contract with Bosso.

The contract expires on 31 December 2024.

Mhindira, who was on the verge of joining the Glamour Boys, received some cash from a Bosso fan (name withheld) for him to stay in the City of Kings and Queens.

However, Bosso spokesperson Nozibelo Maphosa said Mhindira is still their player and the club is expecting him to join the others in the pre-season soon.

“Devine has a running contract with the club and we have not received any offers from any club. We expect him back with the rest of the squad when they regroup for preseason next week,” Maphosa said.

Efforts to get a comment from Dynamos proved fruitless.
