As the world continues to adapt and adjust to technology, ZB Financial Holdings has made banking easier after launching an International Virtual Service Centre for its clientele.
The IVSC was launched yesterday in the capital of Harare.
Speaking at the official launch ceremony, ZB Group Chief Executive Officer, Shepherd Fungura said ZB always wants to offer services which are more than banking.
“For us as ZB, the IVSC is a critical channel through which we get feedback, feedback is the basis that we use to measure our service. We take feedback very seriously because we highly prioritise excellent service to our customers. It is our sincere hope that we change people’s lives through our services,” Fungura said.
The platform will also provide business process outsourcing services where outsource contact centre services to other local, regional and international organisations.
Some executives who spoke to Zim Now said the platform is welcome as it is set to ease the way of doing business.
