President Emmerson Mnangagwa has reassigned one of his long-serving Cabinet ministers, Dr Sithembiso Nyoni, to take charge of the Climate, Environment and Wildlife portfolio.
Ngobizitha Ndlovu replaces Nyoni at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
In a press statement dated March 8, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Martin Rushwaya said:
“In terms of Subsection 1 of Section 104 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, His Excellency the President, Cde Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has reassigned the under-listed Ministers as follows with immediate effect:
Hon Sithembiso GG Nyoni, M.P.: Minister of Climate, Environment and Wildlife
Hon Ngobizitha M Ndlovu, M.P.: Minister of Industry and Commerce."
