
Tanganda Tea Company Limited is considering voluntarily delisting from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and immediately listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
In a cautionary announcement dated September 30, 2026, the company said its board was evaluating the proposed transaction.
“The Board of Directors (the ‘Board’) of Tanganda Tea Company Limited (the ‘Company’) wishes to advise all Shareholders and the investing public that the Company is currently evaluating voluntary delisting from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange ,” the company said.
Tanganda said no final transaction details had been released, with further information expected once the relevant regulatory processes have been completed and there are material developments.
“Further details regarding the potential transaction will be communicated to Shareholders and the investing public once the relevant regulatory processes have been completed and, as and when there are material developments,” the company said.

The proposed move would see Tanganda leave the ZSE and seek a listing on the VFEX, which is based in Victoria Falls.
The company urged shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities until further notice.
“Accordingly, Shareholders and the investing public are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made,” Tanganda said.
The announcement was signed by company secretary Hillary Kufakunesu on behalf of the board.
Tanganda, one of Zimbabwe’s established agricultural and beverage companies, has been listed on the ZSE and has interests including tea, macadamia nuts and other agricultural operations.
The company did not give reasons for the proposed move in the cautionary announcement.
