A man who allegedly killed and robbed the now-deceased has been denied bail.
Brian Moyo, 30, appeared before magistrate Dennis Mangosi charged with murder.
He will appear in court on February 22 and was advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
The State through prosecutor Rufaro Chonzi, alleges that in April 2021, Moyo and his accomplice only known as Clive confronted the now-deceased who was walking along a maize field located at corner Latchmore and Lauchlan Roads, in Mabelreign, Harare.
Moyo allegedly attacked the now-deceased with unknown objects, resulting in his death and robbed him of an unknown amount of cash and other valuables.
