Zimbabwean airline, Fastjet, will increase scheduled flights from the Victoria Falls to the Kruger from July.
With daily flights to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport starting in July.
“In our committed support of Zimbabwean and regional tourism, Fastjet will increase the number of flights from Victoria Falls to Nelspruit Kruger Mpumalanga in South Africa to a daily service from early July to the end of September 2024,” said fastjet spokesperson Nunurai Ndawana.
fastjet currently operates three flights a week on the route.
Ndawana said the airline will operate daily from early July to the end of September, to accommodate increased tourist flows to the Kruger during the winter months.
The route is operated with an Embraer ERJ 145 aircraft, which seats up to 50 passengers.
“These two destinations are among Africa’s most sought-after tourist attractions and as Fastjet we are delighted to provide a reliable and efficient flight service allowing tourists to explore more of Africa’s attractions,” Ndawana said.
