A man, Life Rangwani was arrested for murdering his nephew for burning his garden.
He appeared on Thursday before the Gweru High Court for bail ruling.
The allegations states that in November 24, 2020, an altercation arose between Rangwani and his nephew over an incident where he burnt the garden of his late nephew.
They started fighting resulting in Rwangani strucking the late nephew with an axe before fleeing away from the scene.
A police report was made leading to his arrest.
