Two students who absconded lessons and went for a swimming spree in Hunyani River are feared dead.
According to a statement released by one of the institutions, Buoyancy College, three of its students, decided to go for a swim during classes.
They teamed up with other pupils from Busy Kids.
“Unfortunately, a primary scholar from Busy Kids began to drown, and our student, Tanatswa Kapfudza, jumped into the water to try and rescue the child. However, both of them drowned.
“The students have not been found yet, and the Police Sub Aqua team will conduct a search for them today.”
