Lightning struck a popular holiday resort, Manor, in Harare, Tuesday afternoon, reportedly setting some sections on fire.
While the Harare fire brigade responded to the incident, Chief Fire Officer Lovemore Mafukidze said he was yet to confirm the extend of the damage done.
“We have our men on the ground who are attending to the matter. Once we have details, we will share,” he said.
